Bread rolls of paneer
Friends I think
we all eat bread rolls most of the times as a snack but bread rolls of paneer is a easy, quick and tasty snack which you all
want to eat with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney daily.
Bread
rolls of paneer are baked in an oven or tawa means you baked it in an oven and
if you have not oven then you bake it on a tawa.

Ingredients

slices of bread (Any type of bread)
ü 200 grams paneer ( fresh cheese)
ü 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (
Dhaniye ke pattey)
ü 1 green chopped chili ( Hari
mirch katti hui )
ü ½ tsp chopped ginger ( baarik
kata hua adrak )
ü ¼ tsp coriander powder ( dhaniya
powder )
ü

tsp red chili powder ( Lal mirch ka powder )

tsp dry mango powder ( Amchur powder )
ü
¼
tsp garam masala powder (mixture of spices)

Little
bit oil or butter
ü
Salt
as required
How to make it : -
Start
with Paneer
Ø
Crumble
the paneer very well and add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 green chopped
chili, ½ tsp chopped ginger and mix it.
Ø
After
mix now add ¼ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp dry mango
powder, ¼ tsp garam masala powder (mixture of hot spices powder) and mix it again.

Now
our paneer stuffing is ready for go to next step.
Start
with bread Slices
Ø
Cut
the edges of bread slices and keep them in fridge because I give you a recipe
in which you use these slice edges.
Ø
Take
some paneer stuffing and place it on a slice now dip your fingertips in water
and moisten the edges.
Ø
After
moisten the edges gently roll the bread slice and press the edges.
Ø
Do
it with all slices and place on a baking tray after brush little bit oil on the
rolls. Use less oil because it is no good for your
rolls and for your health.
Start
baking on Oven (option1)
Ø
Preheated
your oven and bake the bread rolls of paneer at 200 degrees Celsius/390 degrees
Fahrenheit for 10 to 11 minutes (oven temperatures vary). Check while baking
rolls become crisp and golden colour.
Ø
Once
done serve these hot bread roll of
paneer with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
Start
baking on tawa (option 2)
Ø
Spread
1 tbsp oil on tawa. Place the rolls and toast on a low flame. Flip when one
side is toasted and toast the opposite side carefully. When both sides are
looking golden and crispy then serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato
ketchup.
